Spiritual Yoga 

Spiritual Yoga is our online spiritual ministry community co founded by Amy Kalama Hochreiter aka Prema Amma and Donald Schnell aka Prema Baba Swamiji.  

After meeting Sri Mahavatar Babaji in person in 1997, Donald Schnell wrote a beautiful book called The Initiation (available on Amazon and other sellers).  Babaji gave Donald the request to bring his spirituality to the West, sharing a message of Love for all. 

To honor this request, Spiritual Yoga was founded 2021 and holds monthly LIVE free Satsang/Darshan on Zoom, typically the first Thursday of each month at 6 pm MST.  

A Master Class for those in European time zones is held the second Friday of each month at 12 noon MST. 

Private sessions for individuals or couples are also available. 

Typically the satsang includes a deep jnana yoga meditation or yoga nidra and testimonials indicate a deep spiritual and meaningful experience, in addition to being relaxing and restorative.
